Mains borne signalling technology

Mains borne signalling (MBS) technology provides easy-to-install solutions for existing housing (renovation, replacement). No additional wiring is actually necessary to transmit the commands for controlling the electric heating.

TDM type programming codes are carried over the existing electric network. To convert the information from the command emitter (embedded or centralised), each appliance (receiver) must have an interface (decoder) to understand the commands.

Example of a solution:

a master appliance (1 Pass Program Card + 1 interface) or a control unit (programmer)

slave appliances: as many interfaces or universal receivers as there are appliances.
