Solar indirect water heater technologies

Atlantic offers the solar indirect water heaters with the most comprehensive functions, operating with multiple energies:

 - An optimised solar heat exchanger in the lower section recovers the maximum amount of solar energy and provides the maximum protection against overheating.

- An optimised heat exchanger in the upper section for heating by gas, fuel oil or other fossil energies. Its positioning gives maximum priority to solar energy and therefore to savings.

- An electric heater (optional) if the boiler supplying the upper exchanger shuts down.

- A single phase 2400 W ceramic heating element (see electric water heater or ceramic heating element)

- A control thermostat with a heat safety mechanism, all mounted on a fitted flange.
